This is a consultation under the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) is designed for individuals who have served in the armed forces and hold either a Gold or White Card

Care Plan (Medicare)
This is a consultation for individuals with a Care Plan prescribed by their Doctor, which may be referred to as a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP).
Eligible patients can receive a Medicare rebate for up to five allied health services per calendar year, shared across all allied health providers. A valid GP referral is required.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
This is a consultation for individuals with NDIS funding. We offer services for those who are self-managed or plan-managed. As Exercise Physiologists, we specialise in catering to the categories of Improved Daily Living and Improved Health & Well-being under the NDIS framework.

This is a consultation for individuals holding a referral from their GP, Specialist, or allied health professional, and are presently under a WorkCover Treatment Plan.
